Gretchen "Demi" Smith | Employing Broker, Managing Agent, Licensed Community Association Manager, CMCA

Demi has truly been born and raised in a Real Estate family.  Her grandfather was one of the original RE/MAX franchise owners, her mother was a RE/MAX franchise owner, and her father is a custom home builder, so it was natural for Demi to find her niche in this exciting industry.  After working on the highly successful Laura Olive Team at RE/MAX for almost five years, Demi decided to join Wright Real Estate, Inc. in 2010.  She has taken a leadership role in the organization and is in charge of all the daily operations of the company. She is a licensed Employing Broker in the State of Colorado and is also a licensed Community Association Manager with the CMCA designation.  Demi's attention to detail and experience in the industry assures her clients that their transactions are being taken care of with exactitude that is essential in this ever changing business.

 

Zach Smith | Director of Operations

Zach provides strategic direction for the company and has been in real estate for almost a decade. During his tenure as a broker and appraiser, Zach has contributed to the sale or valuation or consulted on transactions for total consideration in excess of $700 million.

 

Angie Grothmann | Licensed Real Estate Broker

 

Angie has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2003.  She represents her clients best interests as a Seller's Agent and Buyer’s Agent.  She handles all of the details of your purchase or sale in a timely manner to ensure you are well informed every step of the way.  Angie has worked on literally hundreds of purchases and sales over the 15 years of working in Northern Colorado. She had the pleasure of working on one of the highest volume real estate teams in the area for over 10 years, which has given her unparalleled experience in thriving and down markets.  Her energy, professional contacts, and vast resources are available to make her clients’ home buying/selling experience as smooth as possible.  Angie attends industry-specific continuing education classes regularly focusing on the latest marketing trends, contract negotiation, title insurance, and finance. Angie’s goal is for your buying or selling experience to be as smooth and hassle free as possible and to provide you with exceptional customer service.  A smooth transaction in a challenging market!

On a personal note, Angie has lived in Fort Collins since 1999.  She has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 25 years and they have an energetic 10-year-old daughter that keeps them on their toes! Having lived in Georgia and North Dakota, she has settled in Fort Collins as she feels it offers an exceptional lifestyle for her family. 

 

 

Valerie O'Hanlon | Property Manager & Administrative Assistant

Valerie has been with Wright Real Estate, Inc. since early 2015 and is an invaluable asset to the team. Valerie's background is in many things administrative, including working for a large builder - as such her understanding of the complexities of real estate, building and management make her a key team member to help in the day to day operations in our property management and community association management division.  Valerie's positive attitude and ability to understand and communicate the various intricacies of the rental and community association management process is paramount to the success of Wright Real Estate, Inc. 

 

Mariah Emmert | Marketing and Leasing Coordinator

Mariah joined Wright Real Estate, Inc. in 2016 in a new position focused on marketing and leasing.  Mariah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in technical communications and journalism from Colorado State University and offers experience in marketing, communications, office administration, and finance. Mariah has a great ability to solve problems and communicate effectively with owners and tenants. She is also constantly looking for new and innovative ways to streamline processes and improve efficiencies for our clients. 

 

Marcia Heiser | Office Administrator

Marcia has been in the financial/real estate industry since 2001. Previously, she worked in the title and banking industry in various positions including Escrow Assistant, Loan Administration, and Wire Department. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, 4-wheeling, crafts, and sporting events.
